How do you go from where you are, to the vision of yourself you have in mind? Ironically enough, sometimes it means looking back to the past, before seeing the vista ahead. Integrative Processing Technique help you look back at old patterns and belief systems. Ith allows you to see those those things that keep you stuck in doing life the same old way.

It can make it difficult to move ahead and into very things you’re trying to achieve. “Why can I only seem to get so far in what I want to accomplish”? “Why do I struggle in current relationships”? or “I seem unable to move forward”.

These are common questions when stuck in old patterns. Aspirations aren’t enough. You have to be in alignment with thoughts and beliefs, to get what you envision. What Is Integrative Processing Technique or IPT?

The Integrative Processing Technique (IPT) is holistic healing modality that creates life-changing results. It addresses your blocked emotions and old coping strategies that keep you stuck in unwanted thoughts or behaviors. It moves you into new ways of thinking. IPT establishes new coping strategies that can now be stored deep within your neural network.

Techniques Used During a Session

The techniques used during an IPT session include: guided imagery, behaviorial kinesology, the releasing of negative emotions and patterns of imbalance, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), visualization, generational healing, chakra balancing, and inner child work.

We begin with guided imagery, tailored to each client’s individual life experiences to find an age where outdated beliefs began. The client is then asked to hold onto this vision of themself in order to look at those beliefs and the events surrounding them.

Then we use neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and visualization to pull out old stuck emotions and past belief systems in to shapes, colors and objects. These objects become place holders for the brain and heart to store negative emotions.

The brain recognizes symbols as an easy place to store those feelings . Because the symbols help to clarify one’s perspective of events that have taken place the energy can be shifted easier. By pulling the negative emotions out of the body into shapes, it clears space for the heart to hold onto love and more positive belief systems.

The inner child is able to put words and feelings to events that have been stored as blocks in their energetic and physical systems. As these events are processed and changed for the child, the old belief systems of the past are changed as well.

New beliefs about self , others and environment are formed and held onto. These new beliefs have the ability to change unwanted ways of behaving into new habits, new & positive feelings toward life and new coping strategies. The client is able to function from adult ego states because they have processed old outdated younger child belief systems.

Processing in and of itself is not traditional counseling or therapy. It does not include diagnosing or prescribing of medications.  But, this type of holistic healing promotes harmony and balance that is complementary to therapy. It is also a powerful modality all in and of itself. It relieves stress and supports the body’s natural ability to heal by clearing emotional negativity. It is recognized as a valuable and effective complement to conventional medical care for a holistic health program.

It is crazy to try the same old thing and not get what you are hoping for. There’s no doubt that it can be extremely frustrating to hope for a different outcome that never seems to come.

So, IPT not only helps you to think about things differently, it gets you different results. Because it accesses your innate power to make those changes in behavior you see magnified results.
